Resource Sharing has always been known for its ability to adapt and transform but change is hard. How do we stay committed to the mission of of serving patrons when we are navigating a culture that is both innovative and disruptive? Furthermore, how do we engage the resource sharing community beyond our own libraries in order to learn, lead and transform the profession together? The wealth of support we can each provide to one another other is not only endless but necessary. In order to collaborate and seamlessly transition through change we must stay motivated and connected to our vital resource sharing community. This presentation will outline ways in which you can motivate and support your staff and co-workers while moving your department forward through transition. It will also provide insight as to how to reach out and share your talents in an effort to motivate and support your colleagues across the profession to promote success in times of uncertainty.
